Hold Harmless: By signing below, I, The Customer, agree that Keith Wille d/b/a Rediscover The Lost & Forgotten is granted permission to access this property and do what is needed to find lost item(s). Keith Wille d/b/a Rediscover The Lost & Forgotten shall not be held responsible/held harmless and indemnified for any damages incurred to the property before, during, or after the search, including potential damage to the item sought to be found during the search. I will accept the condition of the found item(s) I have lost and will be liable for services rendered regardless of outcome. All articles found on public property during the search, apart from the description above, belong to Keith Wille d/b/a Rediscover The Lost & Forgotten. In the event that a fundamental disagreement arises concerning the means by which the case is handled for which a mutually acceptable resolution cannot be reached, this AGREEMENT shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. I acknowledge that I have read this agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Photo/Video/Voice/Statement Release: I consent to the use of my name, photograph, video, voice and/or likeness or statements (and/or that of my minor children if applicable) in advertisements by Keith Wille d/b/a Rediscover The Lost & Forgotten and including but not limited to additional electronic, broadcast or print advertisements, promotional materials, books, websites, blogs, YouTube or other video channels, social medial, newspaper or magazine articles, by Keith Wille d/b/a Rediscover The Lost & Forgotten, its divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors or employees (collectively “Keith Wille d/b/a Rediscover The Lost & Forgotten”). I hereby grant Keith Wille d/b/a Rediscover The Lost & Forgotten the right to publish such name, photograph, video, voice, or likenesses or statements without restriction as to changes or alterations from time to time. I hereby waive any right I may have to inspect or approve the finished product or products or any advertising copy or printed or electronic matter that may be used in connection there with or the use of which it may be applied. I hereby release and discharge Keith Wille d/b/a Rediscover The Lost & Forgotten and any person or other entity whom they authorize to use such name, photograph, video, voice or likeness from any and all liability in connection with its use and any publication thereof. In addition, if Keith Wille d/b/a Rediscover The Lost & Forgotten has obtained my name, photograph, video, voice or likeness in connection with my participation in a promotional activity, event or service conducted at any location, I, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, hereby waive and release any and all claims I may have against Keith Wille arising out of my participation such activity or event. I further waive any claim for compensation to include, but not limited to, use or publication of my name, photograph, video, voice and/or likeness or statements (and/or those of my minor children, if applicable). I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and have every right to execute this Release in my own name in the above regard.
